Not long ago i started a blog to report on my stick making activities. I learned something interesting the last few days, when i don't post i feel guilty, like i'm not getting any work done. So it occurred to me that this could be a good tool to get me to do other things that i'm not doing a good enough job off. First on my list is the training of the next generation of our herding dogs. Goose (to the right) and Maxi (below) were a year old on August 1st and while i have been doing some training with them i know they are ready for a lot more, all i need is the time, or more likely the motivation, to get out there and work with them. So I will give writing a blog about them a try. Goose and Maxi are the third generation of our dogs. Moss and Hope were the first giving us Bear who is the father of Goose and Maxi. The pups show a lot of characteristics of their grand parents so it tugs at my memory and heart when i take them out. Next up, who we are and where we are.
